POSSPOLE, is a dynamic 360 degree ecosystem for high tech products creation, manufacturing & market access. Posspole has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) to collaborate on skill development initiatives in the Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector.
The partnership aims to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the ESDM sector by providing training and upskilling programs that cater to the industry’s needs. The MoU outlines a comprehensive framework for collaboration, including the establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE), development of training programs, and facilitation of industry partnerships.There has been a scarce in skilled workers in the manufacturing industry, with this collaboration Posspole and ESSCI envision bridging the gap in industry needs with innovative solutions.
The primary skills that the partnership will focus are – Skill Development Program,Sustainability, Resource Sharing, Continuous improvement.

As part of the MoU, ESSCI will support POSSPOLE in setting up the CoE, aligning training curriculum with industry standards, and guiding CSR initiatives. POSSPOLE will facilitate the establishment of classroom and laboratory facilities, operate the CoE, and deliver skilled manpower to the industry.
The partnership will also focus on sustainability, resource sharing, and continuous improvement to ensure that the skill development initiatives are effective and relevant to the industry’s needs.
