Infobip ranked an established leader in the Juniper Research Conversational AI Leaderboard

Global communications platform Infobip has been ranked an established leader among 22 vendors in the Juniper Research Conversational AI Leaderboard 2025. Infobip’s “strength and experience in the messaging sector will help it to become a prominent player for conversational artificial intelligence (AI) deployment across messaging channels.”  

The Conversational AI Leaderboard evaluates vendors based on factors including capacity & capability, product & positioning and market presence. 

According to Juniper Research, Infobip’s AI Hub, “with its advanced analytics and generative AI features across the core portfolio”, will be key to Infobip’s growth in the market. Infobip can leverage its enterprise client base, with the potential to expand messaging solutions into conversational AI services. 

The report emphasizes Infobip’s growth in North America and West Europe as crucial for conversational AI success, aligning with the expected increase in enterprise adoption in 2025.

Juniper Research predicts the conversational AI market will grow from $14.6 billion in 2025 to over $30 billion by 2029, driven by tech advancements, lower costs, and rising consumer demand. Agentic AI will enhance automation, improving messaging, personalization, and security. Intent and sentiment analysis will be key for enterprises.
