Das brings with him over two decades of diverse and value-oriented experience across international business growth, scalable distribution strategies, global e-commerce ecosystem etc.

Notably, Swarup has held leadership positions at industry giants like APC by Schneider Electric & Emerson Network Power (Now Vertiv), where he played a key role in expanding the overall business & channel partner ecosystem and accelerating growth across India and global markets. At Schneider Electric, Das was instrumental in building scalable distribution strategies and driving partner engagement across diverse verticals—earning recognition for innovation and leadership in the power solutions space. With BPE, they aim to create bigger impact and drive better sales in the coming months.
