PULS, will showcase its latest DC power solutions for industrial automation at Smart Manufacturing Week 2026 in Birmingham, highlighting technologies that support more efficient, decentralised and resilient manufacturing environments.

At stand N124, visitors will experience PULS solutions for control cabinet and field-level power architectures, designed to improve system availability, reduce energy losses and simplify machine integration in demanding manufacturing applications.

With more than 45 years of expertise in industrial DC power conversion, PULS is recognised globally for highly reliable, efficient and long-lasting power supply solutions used by machine builders, system integrators and manufacturers worldwide.

Efficient power solutions for modern control cabinets

For control cabinet-based automation systems, PULS will present its portfolio of compact DIN rail power supplies for industrial 1-phase and 3-phase applications.

A key highlight is the PLANET product family, the next generation of DIN rail power supplies from PULS. Designed for high efficiency and minimal power loss, PLANET combines compact dimensions with high operational reliability and dynamic power reserves of up to 200 % for demanding peak-load conditions. PLANET supports space-saving cabinet design, reduced heat generation and long lifetime in industrial automation environments.

Decentralised power solutions for industrial automation

PULS will also showcase the expanded FIEPOS portfolio for decentralised field-level applications. The rugged, IP-rated field power supplies can be installed directly on the machine without requiring additional enclosures, enabling more flexible and efficient system architectures.

The FIEPOS field power supply portfolio offers a structured range from 94 W to 1400 W. The latest additions include new low-power classes of 100 W and 200 W, as well as a new high-power class of 1400 W, complementing the established 360 W and 600 W variants.

Optional IO-Link communication and protection classes IP54, IP65 and IP67 support reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

“Drives & Controls at Smart Manufacturing Week is an exciting opportunity to showcase the latest innovations from PULS,” says Gary Doyle, Managing Director at PULS UK. “At the Birmingham NEC on 3 and 4 June 2026, we will present our advanced DC power solutions, including the brand-new PLANET product range and our FIEPOS decentralised field power supplies. I’m looking forward to connecting with industry leaders, exploring new technologies and demonstrating how PULS supports the future of smart manufacturing.”
