In a move to bolster its digital capabilities, Magenta Mobility, a leader in electric fleet logistics, has partnered with Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions (MPS) to strengthen key aspects of its backend technology operations. Through this collaboration, Bosch will support Magenta in areas such as cloud engineering, infrastructure management, vulnerability management, and digital operations—reinforcing the company’s efforts to build a secure, scalable, and resilient digital environment for its growing business operations.
With a strong fleet of 2,700+ EVs across seven cities, Magenta is preparing for its next phase of growth. This will include the brand’s aim to scale up to 10,000 electric vehicles by 2026, as well as continuing to invest in a strong technology foundation built in-house and complemented by capable partners. Bosch’s domain expertise will play an important role in supporting and optimizing the digital infrastructure needed to manage this growth.
The engagement will enable Magenta to further strengthen its backend digital infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security as the business grows. Bosch’s support will focus on enhancing Magenta’s cloud operations, infrastructure management, vulnerability handling, and digital operations. Core platforms such as Magenta’s proprietary telematics system, NorMinc, and its in-house mobility and fleet optimization solutions will continue to be developed and managed internally by Magenta’s technology team. Bosch’s contributions will add to the robustness of Magenta’s in-house technology platforms, helping the company deliver greater efficiency and a seamless experience for clients and drivers alike.
Mr. Maxson Lewis, Managing Director and CEO of Magenta Mobility said, “Technology is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re delighted to have Bosch supporting our digital evolution. Their strength in cloud and infrastructure operations adds significant value to our technology roadmap as we scale. This partnership reflects our commitment to building a resilient, secure, and future-ready digital ecosystem,”
Speaking on the collaboration Mr. Pradeep Ramachandra, Chief Technology Officer – Bosch Mobility Platform and Solutions, said, “We are looking forward to support Magenta’s scale-up journey with our deep technology expertise and help them drive the electric mobility transformation in India. Importantly, Magenta continues to own and lead the development of its broader technology stack, with Bosch playing a strategic support role in select digital infrastructure and operational areas. This collaboration reflects Magenta’s digital-first, partnership-driven approach to building a sustainable, scalable logistics platform for the future.
