TimesTech: How is Greencore leveraging digital transformation in its aftermarket services, and what impact has it had on your business and customer satisfaction?
Pavan: Greencore Electronics’ product development process includes a dedicated NPD team that prioritizes innovation and is eager to take on new challenges. This allows us to provide dynamic and efficient support, reducing production time and improving vehicle performance. Our latest accomplishments include several initiatives, one of which focuses on the EV segment. With the success of our current products available on the market, that showcases the customer faith that they have in us. Thus, to achieve more, we are now working on projects relating to USB chargers, EV chargers, and telematic L1 and L2 ADAS Advance Levels, amongst others.
TimesTech: What are the biggest challenges and opportunities in the Indian automotive electronics market, and how is Greencore addressing them?
Pavan: Key challenges in the Indian market include rapid technological advances, stringent regulatory requirements, and increased competition. However, these challenges also open up significant opportunities for innovation and growth. We focus on developing cost-effective, quality products as per the specific requirements of the Indian market. Additionally, our strong dealer partnerships and robust supply chain enable us to effectively meet market challenges. We aim for breakthroughs in vehicle electronics, focusing on sustainability, connectivity, and autonomous driving. By integrating advanced technologies, we shape the future of driving, ensuring security and reliability in all operations, driving growth, and advancing the automotive industry. We are now concentrating on growing our OEM customers in Tier I and II markets, with a strong emphasis on developing our assembly plant in Gurgaon.
