TimesTech: How does Insituate.ai leverage Generative AI to add value to businesses, and can you share specific examples where your solutions have significantly impacted your clients?

Nishant: Insituate empowers businesses to make their own GenAI copilots in one day with our copilot studio. Among some of the use cases, we have enabled our clients with report generation, stock market trading, strategy & content copilot.

TimesTech: What measures does Insituate.ai take to ensure the security and ethical use of AI in its products, and how do you address potential risks associated with AI deployment?

Nishant: From the most secure end of the spectrum i.e. on-premise to single tenant and multi-tenant VPC, we let the client choose their deployment of choice. We employ data encryption in rest and transit, ensuring ironclad security. Deploying AI at scale on reserved instances can be a challenge. We use orchestration techniques that companies like OpenAI themselves employ to scale the copilot smoothly with an increasing number of users.

TimesTech: In the ongoing debate between open-source and closed-source AI models, where does Insituate.ai stand, and what are the key factors that influence your approach?

Nishant: Insituate has a firm belief that open-source models will be as powerful as the commercial models. This is now truer with the release of new models such as Mistral Large 2 and Llama 3.1 405B. Opensource unlocks the ability to self-host these models on your infrastructure or VPC with the option to fine-tune them.

TimesTech: Can you provide insights into the product development process at Insituate.ai, particularly how you integrate cutting-edge technologies into your solutions?

Nishant: With our copilot studio is a promise that you’ll never be a week behind the state of the art! All the latest open-source models are available through our LLM Studio. The latest RAG pipelines and the best copilots can be just downloaded with a single click and run through the platform itself.

TimesTech: How do you see Generative AI transforming traditional business models, and what industries do you believe will benefit the most from these advancements?

Nishant: Here is a very good example of how GenAI is transforming something as regulated as banking – https://www.insituate.ai/blog-posts/revolutionizing-finance-the-power-of-genai-in-banking

The people who know how to best use AI will benefit more than the people who are making the models themselves. Accenture’s annualized GenAI revenue is more than that of OpenAI. It is the right market for people to command a legion of copilots.

TimesTech: What emerging trends and innovations in AI technology do you believe will shape the future of the industry, and how is Insituate.ai positioning itself to stay ahead of these trends?

Nishant: We believe that the professionals will require more than chatbots and LLM API calls to help with their daily use cases. We pioneered AutoLLM to build reasoning engines. Fuelled by grid-search, our proprietary technology can find the optimal configurations of a copilot.
