Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of open source solutions, announced that Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform has been named the leader by Forrester Research in The Forrester Wave: Infrastructure Automation Platforms, Q4 2024.
Forrester Research identified the most significant infrastructure automation platform providers and researched, analyzed and scored them to show how each one measures up. Red Hat and ten other top providers were evaluated for The Forrester Wave against 26 criteria grouped into two categories: Current offering and strategy. In the evaluation, Red Hat received the highest possible scores in 10 criteria, including infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, integration with configuration management databases (CMDBs), intratool analytics, supported deployment options, community ecosystem, community engagement, vision, innovation and partner ecosystem.
