New Delhi: One of the leading players in the electric vehicle industry in India, Saera Electric Auto Private Limited (SEAPL) has expanded its growth by entering into a contract manufacturing agreement with iconic two-wheeler manufacturer Lohia Machines Limited (LML). LML is making its comeback into the Indian market with the production of electric vehicles, which will be manufactured in the Saera Electric Plant in Bawal of Haryana.
Saera Electric has established itself as leading player in the domain with immense repute and expertise in manufacturing of clean and green vehicles. LML has recently announced that it will be launching three electric vehicles – Moonshot motorcycle, Star scooter and Orion bike – in the next year. Under this partnership, the LML vehicles will be manufactured in Saera State-of- Art Plant at Bawal Haryana, which is having an annual production capacity of Two lakh E2W and 36K E3W.
Saera Electric is currently manufacturing its Passenger and Cargo vehicles in L3 category in the Bawal plant and gearing up to launch its new product in L 5 category E3W in both Passenger and Cargo segment, the product is scheduled for launch shortly once the approvals from ICAT are received.
