With the widespread utilization of Artificial Intelligence and the surge in Telecommunications Services, InfiniVAN, together with Gnani.ai of India and IPS Pro of Japan, have joined forces to drive a transformative wave of digital advancement and operational excellence. This partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony held on March 2, 2026, at the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, in Makati City.
This alliance’s value stems from the integration of international cooperation where infrastructure meets intelligence. It brings together three distinct pillars—Japan’s precision, Philippine connectivity, and India’s innovation—driving future-readiness for all stakeholders. Together, they are building a unified digital ecosystem designed to empower AI-driven communication and customer experience solutions for enterprises in the Philippines and the broader ASEAN region.
InfiniVAN’s Chief Technology Officer, Alberto Espedido, highlighted the strategic importance of the Cable Landing Station in Baler, Aurora. This facility integrates two global submarine cable systems, solidifying a rapid route to seamlessly connect Philippine enterprises to Southeast Asian markets and the global digital economy.
The event was headlined by key representatives marking this strategic milestone: Mr. Koji Miyashita, CEO and Chairman, and Mr. Shigeki Nakahara, President of InfiniVAN
Inc.; alongside Mr. Ananth Nagaraj, Co-Founder and CTO of Gnani.ai; and Mr. Yoshihiko Tanaka of IPS Pro.
Mr. Miyashita underscored that, “This partnership is not just about business; it’s about people creating a better future together. We want to use innovation to help communities and bring hope and opportunity through this technology.”
Ananth Nagaraj, Co-Founder & CTO of Gnani.ai, “At Gnani.ai, we believe AI should make communication more intelligent, accessible, and impactful for businesses and communities. Our partnership with InfiniVAN and IPS Pro brings together advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge AI innovation, enabling enterprises in the Philippines and across ASEAN to unlock new possibilities in customer experience and digital transformation.”
The consortium was further graced by the presence of the Japanese First Secretary to the Philippines, Mr. Koji Isowa, whose attendance affirms Japanese excellence and fosters strong cultural support for this collaboration. Also present during the formal ratification of the partnership was Mr. Jeevan Kandpal, Second Secretary of the Embassy of India in the Philippines, who expressed support for this three-way joint venture.
This strategic triad marks the beginning of a journey toward a connected, intelligent, and collaborative digital future—one where IPS Pro, InfiniVAN Inc., and Gnani.ai accelerate digital transformation together.
